پس از پخش یک برنامه ۶۰ دقیقه‌ای از بخش فارسی شبکه تلویزیونی صدای آمریکا که به دروغ سازمان غیرانتفاعی و مدنی ما را به عنوان “لابی جمهوری اسلامی” معرفی کرده بود، نایاک پیگیر اقدام قانونی علیه صدای آمریکا و خواستار حذف ویدیوی مورد نظر از پلتفرم های این رسانه و پخش ویدیو با اطلاعات درست و همچنین عذرخواهی این رسانه شده است. صدای آمریکا در این گزارش سراسر کذب خود خبرنگاران و قربانیان دیگر جمهوری اسلامی را هم به لابی‌گری متهم کرده است.

Human Rights Groups Reveal Sharp Increase in 2022 Iran Executions to Quell Uprising

Two human rights organizations revealed a 75% increase in execution rates in Iran during 2022, reaching the highest annual figure since 2015. Released on Thursday, April 13, the 15th annual report of the Iran Human Rights Organization and All Together Against Execution indicates that a minimum of 582 individuals were executed last year, a significant rise from 2021’s 333 recorded executions.

NIAC demands VOA retract, correct, and apologize for their slanderous false reporting

After NIAC initiated legal efforts to demand a retraction, correction, and apology from Voice of America, the U.S. Agency for Global Media has confirmed to NIAC that the broadcast has been removed from VOA platforms. This follows the recent airing of a 60-minute program by VOA Farsi  that falsely defamed our grassroots U.S. civil society organization as “lobbyists for the Islamic Republic”, and also leveled these outrageously false smears against journalists and victims of the Islamic Republic.

امیرسالار برخلاف پدر و برادر بزرگترش که در رشته فنی و مهندسی  تحصیل کرده بودند تصمیم گرفت تحصیلات دبیرستان را در رشته علوم انسانی آغاز کند. مخالفت و دل نگرانی ابتدایی خانواده نتوانست خللی در تصمیمش وارد کند و به همین دلیل آنان «دبیرستان فرهنگ» که مدرسه ای نمونه و خاص برای رشته علوم انسانی بود را برایش برگزیدند. تحصیل دراین دبیرستان یک سال بیشتر طول نکشید زیرا او با طرح پرسش های تردید برانگیز و اظهار نظرهایش که حاکی از طرز تفکر متفاوت وی با مدیران و گردانندگان مدرسه بود، آنان را حسابی کلافه کرده بود.

Amirsalar Davoudi, an attorney jailed in Evin prison for his human rights work, has made a mark through his commitment to truth and justice. Though his path has been fraught with significant hardship, whether it was receiving pushback for his outspoken dissent in his early education or being sentenced to false charges by the Islamic Republic, Davoudi’s determination has never diminished. 

Discriminatory Florida Bills Target Real Estate Purchases from Immigrant Communities

A series of new laws have been introduced in states throughout the country and at the federal level which aim to restrict the ability to purchase property on the basis of national origin. Bills in Florida – HB 1355 and SB 264 – are moving quickly and risk further eroding the rights of immigrant communities in the state. At the time of writing, HB 1355 had been reported favorably by the appropriations committee while SB 264 passed the Senate on a unanimous vote.
