Letter to Senate against Passage of S.386

NIAC Action and 24 other groups sent a letter to the Senate to warn against the passage of S. 386, the so-called Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act, and the harm it would do to the immigrant communities while failing to fix the green card backlog.
