Etan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 as a student-athlete with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, concentrating in Public Policy and Governance. Since then, Etan has consulted on campaigns for the NY State Senate, Mayor, Borough President, and City Council and brings a background in digital communications, grassroots organizing, community outreach, and campaign strategy. He has also helped organize legislative advocacy campaigns on the municipal and federal levels and strives to bring greater support for mental illness, global health equity, and political accountability.
He joins NIAC after a spell playing professional soccer in New York City. He loves spending time with his family, coaching soccer, writing, animated tv, Breaking Points, cooking tahdig and reading non-fiction.
