“I think this is the best possible deal we could have gotten. This is not a deal in which the U.S. could have decide everything on its own, it’s actually a negotiation. The other side, and also the United States’ partners, had to agree to things. That’s the very nature of negotiations,” says Trita Parsi on Washington Journal.
