Some U.S media outlets have expressed the opinion that the deal is too compliant on Iran and that Iran have been given too many benefits as part of the deal. Some Iranians however seem to be upbeat about the deal suggesting that the deal could bring many economic benefits and create jobs, reducing unemployment, although saying this some believe that it restricts Iran’s freedom with so few privileges in return. Saying this, the mood seems to be optimistic, with the deal hoping to build stronger bridges with Iran and the West, leading to, in the words of National Iranian American Council President Trita Parsi; ‘‘A better and brighter future’’ and “we now know that the U.S. and Iran need not remain hostile enemies, but can interact with each other to achieve shared interests.”
