Ahmadinejad behind the closure of Mousavi’s special committee’s office

According to Emruz (pro-reformist website news), Ahmadinejad himself ordered the closure of Mousavi’s special committee’s office on Tuesday.
Emruz quoted from a source close to the Supreme National Security Council, saying that Ahmadinejad has stressed several times in the meetings of the Council his strong opposition against any post-election fact-finding activities run by Mousavi and Karroubi. The source assured Emruz that the increased pressure on reformist figures comes at the direct order of President Ahmadinejad.
It was also confirmed yesterday by many sources that Alireza Hosseini Beheshti, Mousavi’s closest ally, was arrested and put in detention on Tuesday. Kaleme quoted Beheshti’s wife as saying that five security agents raided their home and searched “everywhere, even the bedroom” for several hours and seized personal belongings and documents before taking Beheshti away.
The institution to preserve and publish Beheshti’s writings was also shut down following Behesti’s arrest.
