Muslim Ban Hearing with NIAC and Allied Organizations

On Tuesday, April 18 we finally took President Trump to court over the Muslim Ban. Iranian Americans testified about how this ban has negatively impacted and disrupted their lives.

A second hearing, which will consist of oral argument by the attorneys for plaintiffs and the government, will be held at 2 pm on Friday, April 21st in Washington D.C. at the U.S. District Court and is open to the public. We encourage Iranian Americans in the D.C. area to show their support by attending the hearing.
