World Affairs Council: Politics of Iran NIAC's Reza Marashi argued that people will look to Obama to take risks in order to secure peace in the region. In the end, Marashi said, it comes down to two choices: war or diplomacy. He noted, however, that all wars have concluded with diplomatic talks at the negotiation table.
