There's panic at the pumps in the UK, where a threatened strike by fuel delivery drivers has already seen stations running dry. There are even fears the army may be deployed to keep the country moving. France has said there's a good chance the US and Europe will agree to release oil stocks into the market to drive down crude costs. Jamal Abdi from the National Iranian-American Council says the West can only blame itself for the spike in prices.
